The O’Reilly family live in a caravan on an unauthorised site in County Tipperary. Pa’, Lisa and their ten children are Irish Travellers, heirs to a nomadic way of life increasingly at odds with the modern world. The documentary follows the rhythms of their daily lives, from cold, mist-shrouded winters to summer days spent almost entirely in the fields. But when the generator fails, the caravan falls into ever greater disrepair and Pa’ once again faces legal trouble, the family becomes increasingly aware that it may soon have to choose between preserving its distinctive way of life and yielding to the demands of modernity.
