This is the story of three homeless teenagers - Tom, Mariana and Terje. After brutally beating Tom’s mother, social services send the teenager to an orphanage. No one tells him where his brother is, so Tom decides to find him himself. At the orphanage, he meets Mariana, who is being persecuted by friends - and Terje, who seems to have come from a completely different planet. The trio have a common desire, so together they embark on a journey full of love and hate. No one will end this journey as expected, but maybe they will find a real home for themselves?

"Norway is a very rich country, for such children it is perhaps even the best place on earth. But more than 80,000 minors grow up in orphanages because their parents simply can’t take care of them. About 90 percent of them end up getting stuck in drugs or turning to a criminal route. There is a lot of talk about it in Norway now, there are Vegas sessions, where politicians and experts gather and discuss it and look for solutions, ”said director Gunnar Vikene.
