Comedy horror about a South London family whose precarious balance is threatened by some out-of-towners. Oram’s script was written in English but is delivered entirely in apelike grunts and shrieks. Intriguing, very funny and sometimes terrifying, with a very game cast investing the bizarre setup with energy, conviction and variety.
