Oscar Morozs was born in 1977 in Latvia. Graduated from the Latvian Academy of Arts. While still studying, he accidentally wrote down one idea that turned out to be quite an interesting story. Then he realized he wanted to make a movie. He completed another master’s course at the Academy of Culture. Oscar Morozs has already directed several short films, documentaries and TV shows. After graduating, he worked as an assistant director of editing.
