"Man from the Animation Zone" focuses on Prita Parnas (born 1946) - a world-renowned animator whose works include absolute grotesque, absurdity and laughter. Not only that, they criticize society, penetrating the deepest layers of human consciousness. Based on a detailed analysis of Parno and other Estonian animators, it can be argued that Estonia gained its freedom not through songs or struggle, but through animation.
