Only Belle - a Serial Killer from Selbu

Brynhild Paulsdatter Storset, better known as Bele Gines, was born in 1859 in the village of Selbu in Norway. She appears to be one of the greatest serial killer women of all time. She is said to have killed between 40 and 70 people. Nevertheless, she was never charged with these crimes. As the circle of suspects narrowed, she felt threatened and disappeared without a trace, most likely committing suicide. Director Anne Berit Vestby hails from the same small town in Norway. She follows in the footsteps of Bele Gines from Selbu to Chicago.
