A provincial school is waiting for official delegation from the Ministry. They’re about to bring a new school bell. This is not what the school lacks though. The fact that it is two pupils short of the allowed minimum is a much bigger issue. Waiting for the delegation, the principal of the school makes his best to mask the lack and avoid the unavoidable closure.
