This is based on a true story that occurred in 2008. “We wanted to tell this story of friendship and femininity in a tone that was both serious (for the way we look at these girls and their dreams, which are greater than they are, remains melancholy) and funny, because the adolescent years are also like that: going from desperation to bursting out in laughter in just a few seconds, as long as one of your friends is by your side,” say director sisters Delphine and Muriel Coulin.
