Sergejus and Poldė steal a very valuable painting “Landscape no. 2 ”. Coincidentally, Sergei also takes a strange document with the date of the Second World War on it. The general, from whom the painting and documents were stolen, invites his striker to return the values ... Human traps reminiscent of the past begin.
„Landscape no. The essence of 2 ”is an unexplained national or personal past that leaves a mark and continues to return to everyone’s life. At the same time, this past is a burden for those generations that have nothing to do with the work of their parents and grandparents, ”says the film's director Vinko Moderndorferis.
