Cold Lunch is a multi-story drama about five people living in the same place in the Majorstua district of Oslo. As soon as she puts the laundry in the machine, Kirister realizes that there is money left in the pocket. To stop the car and save money, Christer removes the electrical fuses. The housekeeper immediately changes the fuses and ... falls victim to an accident. His daughter Leni was left alone at home for the first time in her life, and Heidi, who has just become a mother, goes to the laundry room to pick up clothes and sees that the machines are not working. She is in a hurry to carry wet laundry. Unbeknownst to him, Christister began an unstoppable and inevitable sequence of events.
