Simon and other pupils escape from their PE lesson to a lush countryside. He finds it difficult to connect with his rebellious and free-spirited classmates. Against a backdrop of inflatable mattresses and light chatter, time flows slowly like a river. While the teenagers are looking for an escape from boredom, Simon is interested in other things. When Mari appears, an unexpected event transports them both to another space - timeless and stagnant. This unconventional and ambitious film explores loneliness and the clash between individuality and community through associative shots.
