Jérémie, a mysterious and handsome young man, returns to his mountain hometown in Occitania after the death of his mentor, whom he loved dearly. He stays with the widow Martine for just a few days, but a mysterious disappearance, an aggressive childhood friend and a sticky priest turn the tables. A seemingly homoerotic tale of lust turns into a melancholic and uncomfortable noir, in which the autumnal landscape of western France charges each encounter between the lonely wanderers with paranoia and hesitation.
