Arthur and Diana are siblings. Together with Diana's two-year-old son, they travel from Berlin to Paris to have the old family car inspected. However, the family is constantly confronted by absurd accidents and their final destination changes more than once. They run into the police, stop at their mother's house, unexpectedly attend a funeral, and all the while they have arguments and frank conversations in the car. In the end, the trio turns towards Italy with their hearts a bit fuller than at the start of this Eurotrip. Arthur & Diana is a uniquely textured auto-fiction shot on MiniDV, Betacam and 16mm film.
