The price of their survival is very high: as soon as they reach 50 years of age, a particular seed is implanted in them, transforming them into a tree that will provide oxygen and food to the rest of the community. A young man, Stefan, accepts the rules of the system until the moment his wife, Nora, decides to renounce her life and volunteers for implantation.
