Minotaur

9 min. | Drama | Pegi 13

While his father is at work and weaves daily routine, the little Minotaur wanders through the maze trying to find playmates. The film talks about simple dreams of a child and big adult ambitions.

“My film, Minotaur, is about worthlessness of adult ambition as opposed to simple childhood happiness. Since the film is about flow of time it was important to realize it with oil paints on glass - thanks to animation the flow of time can also be seen literally.” – director Kārlis Vītols.
