In the winter of 2006, five young people in the mountains of Norway suffered a tragedy. Only one girl survived. Frozen and weakened, she travels towards civilization. Bloody and survivor Janice is hospitalized. As soon as she wakes up, she finds nothing there, the whole hospital in silence and darkness, around - no living spirit. She walks the dark corridors ... isn't the nightmare over yet?
