The idea for this film was born at the Oslo Screenwriters Club. Its authors sought to find the ideal point of contact between the author and the director, the political party and history. We fly through the Norwegian landscape and slowly descend on the gas station roof in the middle of nowhere. The owner of the gas station is Lhasa, but he works without enthusiasm and is constantly trying to find excuses just to work on his projects. He constructs an airplane that will one day lift him into the air and fly him from the gas station to a new life. Gun is a nineteen-year-old philosophy student from Africa. She works at a gas station while Lasha crashes into her secret plane. The gas station becomes the center of eight different interconnected stories, all based on the philosophy of Norway’s major political parties.
