Hana lives in a New Age religious community in the Danish countryside. When her brother suddenly appears, posing as a laborer, she is unsettled. The community’s leader, noticing Hana’s changed behavior, invites them both to take part in a therapeutic ritual – “reflection sessions” meant to reconstruct and heal traumatic memories. But when a shocking truth about the siblings’ relationship is revealed during one of the sessions, turmoil erupts within the closed, rule-bound community.
