Nina Gantz’s dark and touching animation Edmond tells the story of an oddball character whose desire to be close to those around him reaches cannibalistic extreme.

Nina Gantz's first notable hand drawn film, "Zaliger" (2010), went on to be selected at 37 festivals winning the Golden Panda for best student film at the Sichuan Festival in China. In 2013 she began a Masters in directing at the National Film and Television School where she filmed her first stop motion film "Edmond".
